All services are subject to availability and agreed in writing via contract or email. Booking terms, pricing, and cancellation policies apply as outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
3. Bookings & Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure bookings (typically 50%)

Final balance payable on or after the event date as per invoice terms

Cancellations within 48 hours may incur up to 75% of quoted cost

Relief chef bookings are charged hourly or per day depending on agreement

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise agreed
